Hi everyone and welcome to my website, Sleep Well … Always. I look forward to introducing you to some methods and tricks that I use to ALWAYS sleep well and wake up alert, well rested and feeling rejuvenated.

WHILE I SLEEP WELL, MY WIFE, NOT SO MUCH

I generally sleep well and always have. Of course, like anyone, I have my moments when the stresses of the day’s work schedule or even financial concerns may wake me up earlier than I prefer. However, my wife, many in her family and so many people struggle to sleep well.

It’s funny that insomnia (somewhat technical term) seems to be more prevalent in women than men. Yes? But I do hear of my guy friends saying that they just could not sleep so I’m sure that the generalization is not so true.

I can, however, empathize with those who sleep terrible on a regular basis. It is so frustrating on those times that I lay awake and I just can’t seem to roll over and fall back asleep. And counting sheep has never worked for me. Maybe next time I will try counting Labradors.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HELP YOU SLEEP?

I don’t know if it is, but I enjoy reading and maybe through what I have read, what I read today and what I read in the future, I will be able to impart a little wisdom to help people sleep.

I know of plenty of techniques from environmental to feng shui that may help in that quest for sleep. You never know and all it may take is one small adjustment and whalla, you are sleeping like a baby.

THAT’S IT. MAYBE I CAN BE OF HELP TO GET MORE REST!

Without good rest on a regular basis, your body is continually in a weakened state. Yes, there are some people who say they don’t require more than 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night. That’s a load of *^#@. Sleep 4 or 5 hours a night for 30 days and than sleep 7 to 8 hours a night, eat well and exercise regularly and tell me which 30 days did you feel better.
